During the 24th-28th August took place in Berlin the XVIII International Plant Protection Congress under the motto Mission Possible: food for all through appropriate plant protection. The Congress addressed different aspects of plant protection, with sessions dedicated to concrete pests, diseases and weeds, as well as to the different prevention and treatment means, including precision agriculture techniques. The program featured, among others, four sessions on IPM and three on Botanical products.
LIFE AGROintegra was represented by the Coordinator of the project (Delia Sola, Government of Navarra) and an expert in pests management (Ricardo Biurrun, INTIA), and presented the poster Black grass (Alopecurus myosuroides) resistant to HRAC groups A and B in northern Spain (Navarre). In addition, the Congress served as a framework for informal Networking, promoting LIFE AGROintegra at international level through discussions with various experts and the distribution of leaflets.
